Dijon and Herbs Roasted Salmon
Our antibiotic-free farmed salmon is cut in house by our seafood chef. We drizzle it with our in-house Dijon glaze which we make with Dijon mustard, local herbs parsley and dill, capers, minced garlic, Himalayan salt, and fresh cracked pepper. We then top it with a slice of lemon and roast it to perfection. You can customize with your personal choice of sides to make it just right for you.
