This wagyu brisket has been smoked for 22 hours low and slow on a blend of carefully selected woods designed to further enhance the meaty flavors. Usually, briskets are very low on marbling, our selection of Wagyu Beef for this brisket will bring an added flavor and softness unique to carefully grown wagyu steers. Each meal will come with a side of compound garlic butter or EVOO with Basil and your choice of sides.
