Important Delivery Information

FOR ALL DELIVERIES:

When your delivery is on its way, you will receive a text message telling you the delivery is on its way. When your delivery has arrived you will receive a text message. Please REFRIGERATE your food as soon as you get it - our food is transported in cooler bags with ice, but they are always FRESH, thus they have to be refrigerated at all times.

(Sometimes phone systems are down, we do not guarantee that you will receive a text, but unless we are told not to knock, our drivers will always knock on your door. Please be aware and vigilant about your delivery.)

Checkout Options:

When checking out, you will be given the option to do shipping or pickup:

• Shipping: The vast majority of our home deliveries happen on Sunday afternoons, and some on Monday.
• Pickup: The vast majority of our pickups will be available on Sundays, and some will be available on Mondays.

When you are checking out, the availability for your location in 95% of the cases will be for Sunday afternoons for both deliveries and pickups.

We are always testing out new areas where pickups happen on Sunday and some on Mondays. Our vast majority of corporate deliveries can happen any day of the week.

How Pickup Works

• ✓ Order your meals online and select a pickup location during checkout
• ✓ Your meals are delivered to the fridge at your chosen location
• ✓ You'll receive a text message when your delivery has been made to your pickup location
• ✓ Pick up your meals any time after receiving the notification
