Monte Vista

 Monte Vista high school Football nutrition program by Out of the Cave. These meals are all designed to provide great nutrition with a balanced approach. All of these meals are designed to have a starch, veggie and a protein option on a 30%, 30% 40% ratio. All the meals are made with easy to digest oils, nothing is processed and designed to maintain high quality macronutrients.
These meals are being delivered FRESH, nothing frozen. So please make sure you bring the meals to your fridge as soon as you can. You can also check out our menu and add to your order if you wish to do so. On our website you will also be able to pick salads, a la carte options (just meat plates or just veggies etc) as well as a wide assortment of Paleo, Keto, Gluten Free, Low Carb and Plant Base and Vegan meals.  If you have any questions please use the chat option at the bottom of the page.
You will be able to pick from 5, 10, 15 and 20 meal bundles

All meals are delivered to the school at 6 PM on Mondays during practice. Please choose “Pick up at Monte Vista Highschool” during checkout
You can also choose home delivery by picking “Delivery” during checkout.
Set up a subscription to get a discount when placing the order; the subscription can be paused or canceled anytime before it is processed on Wednesdays. (Monte Vista subscriptions will come with a DISCOUNT)
