This is our take on the popular chicken parm that you may have tried before but felt guilty afterward. Gluten-Free and Low Carb, our healthier version of this super popular meal are done with zucchini noodles (Zoodles) but it is also done with whole wheat noodles, baked, and we use almond flour. As always, we rely on high-quality ingredients for taste and not artificial flavors.
