El Tequila Teremana Shrimp Borracho Keto
Here is an amazing meal, we call it “El Shrimp Borracho” it’s a shrimp meal that has been drinking tequila! We use tequila Teremana, this tequila has exceptional properties when used for cooking as well as for drinking of course. Not to go into too much detail, but we tested so many tequilas, sooo many 😳… super fun to develop this recipe and the best tequila was Teremana hands down. This shrimp is also our colossal size shrimp, that is sautéed in a chipotle peppers and herbs butter compound butter, jalapeños, green onions, tomatoes and lime of course.
This meal is served with a side of Roasted Veggies and your choice of Zoodles which makes your meal Keto or gluten free spaghetti noodles.
