Minestrone Soup Gluten-Free

The cold weather and the rains have inspired us to start making soups, and also, we got so many requests…. And a new, amazingly hearty, ready to help boost your immune system. This delicious Italian minestrone soup is vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free. This soup is made with our own vegetable broth, avocado (yes avocado 🙂 ) Onions, zucchini, tomatoes, kidney beans, lima beans, carrots, celery, bay leaves, and a bunch of delicious aromatics.
