Our vegetarian fajita bowl comes with organic California brown rice topped with salsa and a mix of jack and cheddar cheese.  We make our very own lentil medley using lentils and black beans that we slow cook to perfection with a light seasoning.  Then we add our sautéed fajita veggies.  To finish it off we add 4 oz of our own veggie medley (brussel sprouts, broccoli, and zucchini).
