    Our breakfast options are excellent, starting with our delicious pastured-raised. These eggs are healthier and super flavorful; these are the only eggs we use.  We scramble the eggs and add spinach, light onions, and tomatoes.  You have the option to add Paleo chicken sausage. You can also pick Papitas (small-cut Yukon gold potatoes) or Veggie Medley. You also have the option to pick no cheese if you don't want any cheese on them. And lastly, you can add any of the muffin options.  As you can see, each Cave frittata breakfast muffin is customized and made just for you (like most of our plates).

    Cave Custom Bibimbap Bowl

    Paleo Bibimbap is a modified version of the traditional Korean dish, Bibimbap, tailored to fit Paleo dietary guidelines. Instead of rice, this version might use cauliflower rice as the base (to make it paleo), but you can also pick brown rice or white rice. It's topped with a variety of vegetables,  spinach, mushrooms, carrots, and zucchini, all lightly sautéed or steamed. Instead of traditional gochujang (which often contains sugar and soybean paste), a Paleo-friendly hot sauce or a mixture of red pepper flakes and sesame oil could be used (Sriracha). The dish typically includes a protein source like thinly sliced beef or chicken, and we added a few more to make it even more personable, and you can even make it Vegan by picking tofu :-). To top it off, we added a fried egg, with the yolk acting as a rich, creamy sauce when mixed in. (You can pick no egg...)
