Chickpea Curry Buddha Bowl
This Plant Based Meal is very much of an Out of the Cave style Buddha Bowl, with all of the ingredients done in house and measured to make sure you hit all your macros and as fresh as possible to make sure you get the most out of the macro nutrients. The main bowl will come with our own chickpeas, soaked in curry and other spices, then sautéed on tomatoes and coconut milk. These delicious chickpeas will then be paired with roasted broccoli and cabbage, all sitting on a bed of your choice. You can pick Cilantro Lime Rice, Brown Rice or Cauliflower Rice. Although this meal is all Plant Based you will also have the option to add some of our favorite meats.
