Smoked Tri-Tip Chimichurri Plate
Our tri-tip is first grilled and then roasted to give it the perfect combo of flavor and texture. They have great marbling throughout, but are actually quite lean compared to other cuts.
The chimichurri is a staple in Gaucho (Argentinian) and Brazilian steak houses and is an amazing add-on to our delicious steaks. Since we make our chimichurri in-house, we add avocados to the traditional herb and oil mixture to give it that extra pop.
