Our grilled chicken breast plate is made using free-range, antibiotic-free chicken breast. These are smaller and juicier than average chicken breast leaving you with that melt-in-your-mouth feeling. We both grill and roast them to make sure they are cooked perfectly while maintaining their moistness. The chimichurri is a staple in Gaucho (Argentinian) and Brazilian steak houses and is an amazing add-on to our delicious steaks.
