Caribbean Shrimp Toston
Our Caribbean Shrimp Toston is a dish similar to ceviche but heavier on the spice and coconut flavors. The main attribute of this dish is the plantain boat which we call toston, combined with the shrimp. The shrimp is full of flavors and creamy. It comes accompanied by our own aioli tangy mayo and green onions. It all comes in a nacho-style little boat, made out of plantain which gives it a little more sweetness for an all-around great-tasting dish!
